Warranty Regulations


Jobso is not responsible for damage to or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media. You are responsible for backing up any programs or data on removable storage media.


if, despite the foregoing limitations, for any reason Jonsbo becomes liable to you for damages incurred by you in connection with this agreement, then, the liability of Jonsbo will be limited to the amount equal to the latest distributors price.


Any implied warranties that may be imposed by applicable law are limited to the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall JONSBO be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, data or use, whether in an action in contract or tort or based on a warranty, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product, even if JONSBO has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


Global warranty is not currently available. For after-sales service for all purchasers, please contact your original store of purchase first during the warranty period. The original store of purchase will provide after-sales service to the customer. If you need to return for repair, the original store of purchase will give priority to notification The corresponding agent will take over the product maintenance service, please purchase users to follow the pipeline to facilitate the nearest service.


Chassis products:

The electrical part (LED strip/fan/cable/switch/PCB) and hardware accessories are provided with a one-year limited warranty for non-human damage (not including hardware structure damage and human-error factor).


Air Cooler products:

Air cooler electrical parts (light strips/fans/wires) provide a one-year limited warranty.           * (not including appearance damage and man-made reasons).

PISA series A4/A5 series, electrical parts (light strips/fans/wires) provide a three-year limited warranty.           * (not including appearance damage and man-made reasons).

HXseries, electrical parts (light strips/fans/wires) provide a five-year limited warranty.           * (not including appearance damage and man-made reasons).

 * Two years for EU


Water-cooled radiator products:

The TW4/TF/TW6/HXW series of water-cooled products provide a three-year limited warranty , and the original fan provides a one-year limited warranty.


Fan products:

Fan products provide a one-year limited warranty.

HF series fans provide a five-year warranty (except for appearance damage and human-error factor).

Installed accessories products:

Installed accessories products provide a one-year limited warranty (except for appearance damage and human-error factor).

DOA (Dead on Arrival)

If the product is found to be defective in the first 7 days of purchase, please prepare your invoice or receipt (with all cartons and accessories) for a new replacement of the same model.

*The product must be in full packaging & without physical damage to the product. If the product has no defect found, Jonsbo reserves the right to return the original unit to end-user.

 

RMA (Return Materials Authorization)
