Warranty Regulations
Jobso is not responsible for damage to or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media. You are responsible for backing up any programs or data on removable storage media.
if, despite the foregoing limitations, for any reason Jonsbo becomes liable to you for damages incurred by you in connection with this agreement, then, the liability of Jonsbo will be limited to the amount equal to the latest distributors price.
Any implied warranties that may be imposed by applicable law are limited to the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall JONSBO be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, data or use, whether in an action in contract or tort or based on a warranty, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product, even if JONSBO has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Global warranty is not currently available. For after-sales service for all purchasers, please contact your original store of purchase first during the warranty period. The original store of purchase will provide after-sales service to the customer. If you need to return for repair, the original store of purchase will give priority to notification The corresponding agent will take over the product maintenance service, please purchase users to follow the pipeline to facilitate the nearest service.
Case products:
The electrical parts (light bars/fans/wires/switches/PCB/screen) and hardware accessories in the chassis are provided with a one-year limited warranty for non-human damage (excluding wear and tear of the hardware structure and human factors).
*If consumers use adapter cards or adapter cables to burn product terminals, they will not be covered by the warranty.
Air Cooler products:
Air-cooled radiator electrical appliances (light bars/fans/wires) provide a one-year limited warranty.

PISA/CR-1000EVO/CR-1400EVO/HP series electrical parts (light strips/fans/wires) provide a three-year limited warranty.
* (excluding appearance wear and man-made reasons).
The HX series electrical components (light strips/fans/cables) provide a five-year limited warranty.
* (excluding appearance wear and man-made reasons).
Water-cooled radiator products:
TW4/TF/TW6/HXW series water-cooled products provide a three-year limited warranty, and the original fans provide a one-year limited warranty.

TF2 series water-cooled products provide a five-year limited warranty, and the original fans provide a three-year limited warranty.

Fan products:
Fan products come with a one-year limited warranty. （Excluding appearance wear and human factors）
SL/ZK/ZL series fan products provide a three-year limited warranty. (Excluding appearance wear and human factors)
HF series fans provide a five-year warranty. （excluding cosmetic wear and tear and human factors）
Installed accessories products:
Installed accessories products provide a one-year limited warranty (except for appearance damage and human-error factor).
*If the warranty regulations are inconsistent with local regulations, the local regulations shall prevail
DOA (Dead on Arrival)
If the product is found to be defective in the first 7 days of purchase, please prepare your invoice or receipt (with all cartons and accessories) for a new replacement of the same model.
*The product must be in full packaging & without physical damage to the product. If the product has no defect found, Jonsbo reserves the right to return the original unit to end-user.
